Devastated to discover they’re having their first child, militant climate activists Daisy and Michael attempt to reconcile their views against the inevitable emissions of bringing a child into the world, and embark on a mission to offset their future child’s carbon footprint.
Becoming more and more tangled in chasing a net zero existence, the couple lose sight of reality and take it on their own shoulders to ‘make room’ for their future child’s carbon emissions. Messy, ugly, and proud of it, Maud Dromgoole’s 3 Billion Seconds asks the difficult questions you definitely don’t want to answer at a dinner party (but definitely have an opinion on).
A little bit right, a lot bit wrong, and utterly hilarious, come and judge the chaos for yourself.
